  • Just completed my two day Paediatric First Aid course with Thinktank Training, as required for Ofsted (I am a Childminder). This was the best first aid course I've done (and I've done quite a few!). The trainers were excellent and we were treated as equals and with professional respect. Great balance between practical and theory and lots of interaction. Both days flew by and the trainers made the days enjoyable with their sense of humour while at the same time handling what is a very serious subject, very thoroughly. Their knowledge and practical experience was very valuable. I will definitely be looking to this company when the time comes to renew my certificate and would recommend them to other childcare workers.

My staff inform me the content of the course was totally relevant Hazel having kept to the subject unlike some courses they have attended.
